Hungarian prime minister Orban in Moscow – Meeting with Putin
The Ukrainian issue and Russian oil and gas at the center of the talks.
Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban is visiting Russia today, Friday, 28/11. Orban himself announced that during his visit to Moscow he will hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The focus of the discussions is expected to be the latest developments regarding the Ukrainian issue as well as the major topic for Hungary, which is securing oil and and natural gas supplies from Russia.
“Hungarian Prime Minister Orban said he would also discuss with Putin the efforts for a peaceful solution in Ukraine,” Reuters reports.
