Response to the Stock Dividend Reinvestment Program – Dividend Payment
“ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.” announced that, following the approval of the five-year dividend reinvestment program (scrip dividend) for the period 2023–2028 by the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 26, 2023, 31.98% of the total share capital (excluding treasury shares) responded positively to the program by choosing to reinvest in the Company.
On Friday, June 13th, 2025, the dividend payment will be made, and 56,613 new shares issued through the program are expected to begin trading on that date.
The Company’s Management would like to thank its shareholders for participating in the dividend reinvestment program, which constitutes a significant vote of confidence, one that the Company acknowledges and deeply appreciates.
