The Board of Directors of EYATH S.A. with the no 118/2025 decision approved the amendment of Company’s financial calendar for the year 2025, as follows:
AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025
In the context of the obligations to inform the investment public, EYATH S.A. announces the amendment of Financial Calendar for the year 2025:
Announcement of Financial Results of year 2024: Tuesday 29.04.2025
Analysts’ Meeting on Company Results of year 2024: Tuesday 29.04.2025
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday 22.05.2025
Cutoff date of the dividend: Tuesday 01.07.2025 (*)
Dividend beneficiaries (record date): Wednesday 02.07.2025 (*)
Dividend payment date: Tuesday 08.07.2025 (*)
Dividend will be paid through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
Announcement of Financial Results for the 6-month period 2025: Friday 26.09.2025
(*) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
The Company specifies that the results will be posted on the Athens Stock Exchange¶s website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on EYATH S.A. website (www.eyath.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
